The Cambridge Morris Men (CMM) were founded in 1924 and are one of the oldest revival sides in the country. In the early days we toured the Cotswold villages and noted down many dances which would have been lost. That tradition of touring continues with the Travelling Morrice. CMM’s season begins with a whole day tour, the Spring Day of Dance on the last Saturday in April.

This year marks CMM’s 100th anniversary – 100 years old and still going strong – so we are marking our birthday with a series of events.

We held a Day of Dance in Cambridge on Saturday April 27th 2024 and will be dancing in and around Cambridge on Fridays over the coming months. We also have two Travelling Morrice Tours organised, and are publishing a summary of 100 years of history. Check out the 100th Anniversary poster. Further details will be published on the Events page as they become settled. For more details please get in touch with us!
